All our sessions are a mix of rapid brainstorming, workshop discussions, team engagement and large group discussions.

The Process

Vision Session

Each vision session consists of 2-3 full days of facilitation. These sessions are best held in person with your full leadership team present. We will process through a rapid brainstorm of questions relative to your overall vision and dreams for the future of your organization.

Strategic Plan

Once your vision is completed, we then move into defining the strategic plan to achieve that vision, culminating in the definition of your goals departmentally to support that plan. We will get as detailed as you would like in the plan to achieve those goals.

Workshop

Then, we will go through a workshop process to edit, define and agree on your final vision for a 1–3-year plan for the organization.
